How big is your “Why?” Stretch yourself to make a strong belief of “why” to achieve your goals. If someone you love calls you with an emergency, you rush to help, no questions asked, right?
It’s because your “why” or your reason for doing it is clear and important. You don’t even give it a second thought. Your actions are almost automatic
When your reason for doing something is big enough, you have the motivation to make sure it happens. If you want to start exercising, publish a book, break sales goals, spend more time with your family or take your business to the next level, you have to stretch yourself and answer this question.
Why?
Your answers will not only stretch you, but they also build a more defined reason for staying disciplined.
1. Write down why. Ask yourself, why do I want__________? And write your answers down.
2. Be clear and specific. Example: I want to work hard on my business to land that big opportunity so I can make my part time business full time. Include how your life will improve yourself and others when you accomplish that goal.
3. When you find yourself slippin on your goals, reread your whys. Or use it as your own personal motivation tool. Put your thoughts and emotions behind your whys and how you would feel when it is accomplished. Believe or not that will be the deciding factor.
Once you stretch your whys with reasons and how your life will improve not only yourself, but others around you, you will achieve your goals.
Thanks and I look forward to connecting with you soon
