Are you getting more of what you don't want?
You may try different things, decide that you're going to make changes but in the end you keep attracting more junk or more of what you don't want.
You keep trying and you swear, THIS TIME things are going to change...
you're going to succeed.
But instead you end up with setbacks, distractions, interruptions... all kinds of things just come up that push you off track and in the end you end up with more of what you don't want.
That only happens because you're sending the wrong messages to your subconscious mind.
So how do you change this? How do you turn things around?
Simple... send the right messages to your subconscious mind.
The catch... you actually have to to apply certain techniques and exercises so that you get your mind focused on what you want, eliminate the distractions and interruptions and enjoy the success and happiness that you want.
I'll explain just how to do that.
If you're not getting what you want then you've conditioned your mind and subconscious mind to create more of what you don't want.
Here's an example.
Let's say you want to buy a new home so you set your mind to save the money to buy a new home.
But for some reason you get hit with a bunch of bills, something goes wrong and you get distracted... you try but you can't save enough money because there's always a bill and there's always something that comes up.
Now you start focusing on the bills. Instead of thinking about the home you want...
you keep thinking about the bills that come up and the distractions that put you off track.
Next thing you know there are more bills and more distractions... and what you set wanted is no longer in focus and you start to think that its no longer reachable.
But it is. You can succeed.
All you have to do is focus on what you want - not what you don't want.
In the above example... the objective is to make more money or save more money to buy a home. The bills come up so now you need to find a way to manage the bills and save more money. You may actually need to find a way to make more money or find a home that is more affordable.
This approach gets your mind focused on finding a solution and directs your
subconscious mind to attract the situations, people and circumstances to help you succeed.
At the same time the distractions begin to fade away. The obstacles start
to vanish or get smaller and things start to get easy - but it doesn't happen overnight.
The more you practice focusing on what you want - the easier things will get.
What you focus on regularly is what you get.
So didn't think about what you're not getting.
Don't think about the junk that you're attracting.
From this moment - keep focusing on what you want.
Direct your mind and subconscious mind to bring the people, situations and
circumstances to help you succeed today
If you want to be in a relationship but have had no luck meeting that right
person don't focus on what you don't want - think about what you want in a person.
For example... you might find that you're saying... well I don't want someone who mistreats me, I don't want someone who lies to me, I don't want someone who I cannot trust, I don't want someone who gambles, I don't want someone who drinks, I don't someone who can't manage their money...
Then you discover that you're attracting the very kind of people or person that you don't want... now you know why.
You're thinking about what you don't want.
Your subconscious thinks that's what you want.
Why?
Because your subconscious follows what you regularly think about, what you focus on and what you believe. Your subconscious cannot determine what you don’t want…. It only knows what you’re focusing on. You see your subconscious mind doesn't know right from wrong. It doesn't stop and say - hey this is not good for you - let's not do that.
Your subconscious simply follows your instructions - or your directions or focus.
When you regularly think about what you don't want... your subconscious mind goes out and creates more of what you don't want... because that's what it thinks you want.
Those instructions are your thoughts and beliefs.
What you regularly think about is an instruction to your subconscious so it
naturally goes out and creates more of what you regularly focus on.
Solution - change your instructions.
Change what you focus on.
Think about what you want.
Feed your mind and subconscious mind positive thoughts and positive messages.
You can apply this process for any goal or desire that you have.
But first you have to track your thoughts.
If you're thinking about what you don't want, if you find that you're being
distracted and not focused on what you want then you have to change what you regularly think about.
You can achieve your goals.
You can have what you want.
You can enjoy your life and experience the happiness you deserve.
Believe in yourself.
Believe in your ability.
Believe that you can and will succeed.
Focus on what you want and stay positive - always looking for solutions
and always giving your mind and subconscious mind the right direction
Remember -- You only get one life and one chance.
Make the most of it. Stop defeating yourself, stop limiting
yourself.
