Eliminating Fear and Anxiety...

Fear and anxiety are feelings and emotions that you can overcome and need to control in order to be successful and enjoy life.


You shouldn't be living with constant fear and anxiety.
You shouldn't be constantly afraid of what might go wrong or what other people will think if things don't work out.

Those who succeed and enjoy their lives control their fear, they eliminate anxiety and panic by changing their focus and by thinking of how things will or can work out and take action towards making it work.

If you're crippled with fear it's because you're thinking of how things won't work out or what could go wrong and you overwhelm yourself thinking of everything you have to do to accomplish it.

You don't have enough information or references to be confident so your mind immediately focuses on what could go wrong. It then magnifies things - making mountains out of mole hills.

No wonder you get scared.  Then the anxiety takes over.
Anybody would be crippled with fear if they focused on what could go wrong all the time.


What should you do?

Change your thoughts; start thinking about how things could work out. Imagine the goal accomplished and how you will feel, then take the first step towards making it happen.  Push your mind to do things differently and build confidence or references to accomplish your goal.

If you're overcome with anxiety it's because you don’t have enough references to validate or support how your goal can be accomplished.

A good example is to think of a chair; It has to have enough legs to support the weigh of someone sitting there, right?

Your mind is the same way, you have to have enough references or information to support your goal and what can be accomplished.  Taking action is first step that builds your confidence and you have reference points to validate that your goals can and will be accomplished.

Focus on what you want.

Think of how you would like things to turn out and fill your mind with thoughts of success. Take your goals and break them down into small measurable action steps. Then take action and complete the first step.


Don’t focus on anything but accomplishing the first step.  Because if you stray, your mind comes back and give you negative junk that leads to fear and anxiety

Change those thoughts.  Take action to complete the first step.  Your subconscious mind will then pick up on these new thoughts and allow you to overcome the fear and eliminate the anxiety because now you have references to give you confidence so you can stretch yourself and achieve your goals.

You can overcome fear.
You can eliminate the anxiety.
You can enjoy greater confidence.
You can enjoy success
