There's one catch.
You have to properly direct your subconscious so that it brings you what you want...
not what you don't want.
Unfortunately most people have what they don't want and keep getting more.
The reason... they're not directing their subconscious mind.
If you're not happy, not enjoying life, not getting what you want then you're probably directing your subconscious mind to create more and more of what you don't want...
and you don't know it.
Your subconscious is your servant... it will do what you tell it to do... it simply follows your
instructions.
Those instructions are your thoughts, what you regularly think about and what you believe.
If you think life is difficult, your subconscious will lead you to situations and opportunities that will make your life difficult. You will simply make the wrong decisions, take the wrong actions and do the wrong things so that your life is difficult.
Now I know you don't want to have a difficult life and I know you don't want to tell your
subconscious mind to make your life difficult but you may be doing just that without even knowing it.
So what can you do?
First think about what you want and then write down the first thoughts that come up when
you think about achieving those goals.
If you spot any negative or limiting thoughts - then you're on to something and there's a very good chance that you have a limiting belief connected to that negative thought.
When that happens your subconscious will simply continue directing you to situations and
opportunities that match your limiting beliefs and negative thoughts.
For example: if you think it's difficult to meet the right person then you'll always form relationships that are destined for disaster or doomed to fail.
Why?
You believe it's difficult to meet the right person. Your subconscious mind, being the good servant that it is, will simply guide you to situations and people that will fulfill that belief.
So step 1 - think about what you want. Track the thoughts and beliefs that are connected to what you want.
See if you really believe you can achieve your goals or if you have thoughts and beliefs that will limited or destroy any success.
Catch yourself thinking throughout the day and see if you're generally negative or positive.
What kind of thoughts are you having?
Are these empowering or limiting thoughts and beliefs?
Step 2 - Start directing your subconscious mind to create what you want.
Change your thoughts to correspond to what you want to achieve.
Let's use the earlier example about wanting to meet the right person.
If you believe that it's difficult to meet the right person, and assuming that's not what you want, then start changing this thought. When you do that you'll naturally begin to change the corresponding belief.
Start by thinking of ways you could meet the right person.
Because you haven't had any success so far, your mind and subconscious mind will focus on the failures and put up resistance.
By looking for different ways to meet the right person you eliminate that thought process.
Then give yourself examples of how easy it is to meet people.
Focus on how you can meet new and different people.
Think of all the people in your area.
And start feeding your mind positive thoughts about meeting the right person.
If you want to get the right job - apply the same process.
If you want to improve your finances - apply the same process.
When you get your mind and subconscious mind focused on what you want you'll begin to
attract the situations and people who will help you succeed.
At the same time you'll begin to eliminate the negative thinking and you'll no longer
get what you don't want.
Step 3 – Take Action to reinforce your positive thoughts (Remember: Faith without works (ACTION) is dead)
Stretch yourself out of your comfort zone to create the desired results. This is very important!
If you are not meeting the right person in your current social circles, change your scenery.
If you want to get the right job – Change the way your looking for a job.
If you want to improve your finances – Start applying the proper disciplines to help you improve.
If you want to improve your finances – Start applying the proper disciplines to help you improve.
Focus on what you want.
Think about how you can achieve your goals.
Believe that you can and will succeed. Then take action towards achieving. Remember take one step at a time and never ask why. Instead say why not?
Direct, focus, have faith, take action! It’s that simple yet I talk to people that have the direction and focus, but doesn’t have the faith, and is scared to take action because they are afraid of the outcome.
I always ask them this simple question: How do you know if you haven’t even TRIED?
You have the power to change your life and enjoy success.
You can and will achieve all your goals.
You are a powerful human being capable of remarkable achievement.
